However, the service was exceptional with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff like Faatma and Serhert. The location in a quiet neighborhood with access to transport was perfect, although the uphill walk from Taksim Square was challenging. The dining experience fell short of expectations, but the staff warmth and considerate service made up for it.
